SubTrackerX is designed with your privacy as a top priority. All your subscription data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information to third parties.

📋 Information We Store

SubTrackerX stores the following data locally on your device only:

Subscription Details — Names, amounts, billing cycles, renewal dates, categories, and notes you enter about your subscriptions.
App Preferences — Your chosen language, currency, theme, and notification settings.
Reminder Settings — Notification schedules you configure for upcoming renewals.

Local Only None of this data is sent to our servers or any third party.

☁️ iCloud Backup (Optional)

If you enable iCloud backup, your subscription data is securely stored in your personal Apple iCloud account. This feature:

Uses your own iCloud storage, not our servers.
Is fully controlled by you and can be disabled at any time.
Follows Apple's iCloud security and encryption standards.

We have no access to your iCloud data.

💳 In-App Purchases

SubTrackerX offers a one-time Pro upgrade processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. All transactions are handled by Apple under their privacy policy.

📱 Permissions We Request

Notifications — To send you renewal reminders. You can manage this in iOS Settings.
Photo Library (Write) — Only used when you choose to save a subscription overview image. We never read or access your existing photos.

📊 Analytics & Tracking

SubTrackerX does not include any analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or tracking tools. We do not track your usage, behavior, or any personal identifiers.

🗑️ Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

Deleting the app removes all local data.
You can export your data before deletion using the built-in export feature in Settings.
iCloud backups can be managed through your device's iCloud settings.

👶 Children's Privacy

SubTrackerX does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app does not require account creation or any personal information to function.
