How do I add a new subscription?
Tap the "+" button on the home screen. Enter the subscription name, amount, billing cycle, and category. Tap "Save" to add it to your list.
How do I set up renewal reminders?
When adding or editing a subscription, enable the reminder toggle and choose how many days before renewal you'd like to be notified. Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings.
Will I lose my data if I reinstall the app?
If iCloud backup is enabled, your data will be automatically restored when you reinstall. You can also manually export your data as a JSON file from Settings > Data Backup before uninstalling.
How do I export or import my subscription data?
Go to Settings > Data Backup. Use "Export Data" to save a JSON file you can share or store. Use "Import Data" to restore from a previously exported file, with options to merge or replace existing data.
How do I change the currency or language?
Go to Settings and tap on Currency or Language to change them. The app supports 10 languages and multiple currencies with automatic exchange rate conversion.
What does SubTrackerX Pro include?
The free version supports up to 3 subscriptions. SubTrackerX Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited subscriptions. No recurring fees.
How do I add the home screen widget?
Long-press on your home screen, tap the "+" icon in the top-left corner, search for "SubTrackerX", and choose between small or medium widget sizes.
Is my data shared with anyone?
No. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, track, or share any of your information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
